A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold bookings and is deducted from the total price. Please ensure that you read the FAQ and also Procedure Day for eligibility for microblading before booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, a 1 week advanced notice is required or the deposit will be forfeited.

Note: This does not apply to the second session after the initial session. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for the second session (scheduled within 3 months of the initial session). A 72 hour advanced notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations or there will be forfeiture of the deposit.

During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person consultations are not allowed as per mandated by Toronto Public Health. Consultations via phone or via email can be done prior to booking an appointment.

As everyone’s time is valuable, it is important to make it on time to the appointment. Anyone who is late will be considered a no-show especially during these times of COVID-19 when it is vital for clients to be on time as no one can be waiting in the waiting area before or after each client. Therefore a specific amount of time is dedicated to each client and if one is late and it encroaches unto the next client’s appointment, that would mean the next client will have to wait in her/his car or walk around. Which is unfair to her/him and all those following her. Lateness will result in forfeiture of your deposit and we will need to reschedule. In the rare instance that scheduling allows for it, I may be able to accommodate your appointment at my discretion and with advanced notice of your late arrival.

Scheduling of touch up sessions is based on the availability of the artist. If you have a session booked and need to reschedule it, it is not guaranteed that the subsequent session will be booked within the timeframe of the pricing chart. Therefore, the appropriate price will be charged based on the timeframe of the price chart.

Please take into consideration possible traffic jams and road closures to ensure timely arrival.

There is a no child/pet policy in place. Please find a sitter to watch your kids as it is not possible for a third party to be in the room during the tattooing phase.

There are certain skin types that are considered problematic for microblading and may require additional sessions to complete the brows. There will be an extra charge for the additional session if this is the case for you. Problematic skin may include oily skin, sensitive skin or if you did not follow the pre-procedure instructions (such as what to avoid) that causes excess bleeding. Specific after-care instructions will be given at the end of your procedure to optimize your healed results.
